I set off at 8a (later than I had planned) but managed a successful summit in spite of the heat.  It was pushing 90+ when I hit the ridge and the sun was beating down.  An occasional breeze was the only respite.   I don’t think anyone made it up after me as I saw people struggling on my descent.  Happy to have logged my first official peak today!
