WOW. Baldy kicked our butts. Not sure if we did the order of the hikes in terms of difficulty correctly. We did Strawberry Peak, Sawmill (Pinos and Grouse), Baden Powell, and then Baldy. I feel like we maybe could have done a few other trails in preparation for Baldy because Ski Hut kicked our butts. And then down Backbone was so long. BUT. We did it. WITHOUT THE SKI LIFTS! Hahaha! I'm so proud of us. We saw so much beauty and through all the challenges, we always had a smile on our faces. But now, I'm soaking in Epson Salt. Can't wait for the next one.
