I had done this hike last year and doing it in the snow added another element! It was more difficult however it was beautiful! I'm so thankful for my $20 pair of crampons and two other girls crazy enough to come with me ?

    Hi! My boyfriend & I will be doing this hike tmrw , would you say crampons are absolutely necessary ? We both have solid hiking boots and feel at this point ,we are pressed on time to grab crampons the last minute. We understand we will have to be careful hiking on snow/ice nonetheless. Just wanted to reach out for any advice, knowing you just did Cucamonga peak 🙂
