Snowfields to cross – could be difficult

Started off from the parking lot at 6am, sun just peaking through. Cold but nothing walking couldnt warm you up from!

The trail is immediately covered in snow, ice and some sludgy parts, microspikes are all that is needed.

I made it through to Grouce peak within 2 hrs and back to my car in just over 5, took it easy with some pauses at each peak, but kept moving to keep that blood flowing.
