The hike was great.started at midnight from devils lake parking lot, crossed the road and then up the mountain. Had the trail all to ourselves the whole way up. Clear skies. Every star visible. Planets super bright. Got to the top at 4:30, got a great spot looking East protected from the wind. Stayed an hour and a half and watched the whole sunrise. It was amazing. Going back down it was packed, lots of people coming up.parking lot full. Roadside filled up in each direction. Was great to do at night.
