Beautiful day for a hike, a little on the warm side but worth the scenery and reward at the top.
Arrive early as it is a very popular trail and you may find a line at the top to get a picture on the rock.
I have done this hike a few times. It’s easier and a little longer if you go through Poway.
if you go through Ramona it’s shorter and does have an incline.
