Super windy day, especially at the overlook where we started. Route spiraled around and up, so we had views on all sides and were out of the wind sometimes. Took pictures at the top, and then had lunch in the lower summit picnic area. Short distance to return to the cars.
Surrounding hills were a beautiful green. Interesting to see out to the Altamont Pass wind farm.
