Started close to Red Box as Red Box parking was still closed (for 2 more days). A Thursday hike with minimal people on the trail until the end. Perfect weather – cool in the AM to maybe low 60's. Conquered this one with my teammate Mike Mc. This is not a hard hike elevation wise until the last half mile and then it ascends significantly. Looking forward to Baldy next in 2 weeks, which now appears to be mostly snow free on the front side.
