I didn’t even know I could do a hike like this! I had said I would wait to try these until later and train more. I hadn’t really tested my limits though, so I realized I’m more capable than I thought! It was a light rain the whole time. I got soaking wet even with my rain gear. It was also super cloudy and foggy, so you couldn’t even tell I was at a summit from the pics. But I knew I was and that’s all that mattered! No view whatsoever; but maybe that’s ok! It was nice to get out of the city, and I didn’t need to be looking down at it anyway. It felt even more remote like this. All I could see is as the nature in front of my face. Because it’s Strawberry Peak- of course I packed in strawberries and ate them at the peak! I did a solo hike and very much enjoyed myself.
