This hike kicked my butt! It was a great way to start the year and start the 2020 Six Pack of Peaks challenge. The beginning of the hike was fairly flat and easy but had amazing views both toward LA and back towards the mountains. After the first few miles, the hike started to get steeper and a bit snowier. The three false peaks really got me, each time I thought I was almost there I had further to go. It was very challenging in that last mile to the top but glad I stuck it out. I was really concerned about the snow but my poles were more than enough to help me through. Overall took me a little over four hours.
