A perfect day for a hike up Piestewa. Arrived at the often crowded parking lot about 30 minutes prior to sunrise. This gave us the ability to actually get a parking spot and start up the trail before the crowds. We caught a beautiful sunrise just before the bars and managed to get up and down before the mountain was really crowded.
