Trail snow-covered at times – Gear and expertise recommended

we had a hard time Ascending due to snow

and the incline, narrow trail.  We started getting really slow after the ski lift .  Mount Baldy is always rewarding hike, the views are amazing.  Fortunately it was not too Windy.
