The day we went was cloudy, 75, and a light breeze. We didn't see any other people. The only life we saw were a herd of cattle, birds, and 2 rattlesnakes. The first one we saw about .5 miles from the summit. He crossed the trail in front of us, trying to get away. The second one was sliding into a hole on the side of the hill next to the trail. The wildflowers were in full bloom. A few of the cacti were starting to bloom as well. There was a beautiful 360 view of the area from the top.
