Felt easy after doing strawberry peak ! Beautiful serene hike. Woke up at 4:30 to start early and beat the heat. Began the trail at 6:30 finished by 11. The Ortega candy store by the trailhead has gluten free homemade breads, which was a delight. It’s not often you can find allergy friendly needs in the middle of a forest. Perfect treat after a pleasant 10 miler.
