4th and final peak for the weekend. This has been a tune up for doing the original 6 plus Ontario next weekend, Friday – Sunday. I was a bit short on time after doing Sitton this morning and having a long drive. Took the quick route up an easy trail. To be honest, I was more tired than any of the other three peaks. Though I ran every step had it been longer or steeper I probably would have had to walk some. I really enjoyed the forest and meadows on this run. It was really pretty, and such a contrast to Sitton earlier. Got up and down 38 minutes. Tacked on some additional distance below the campground but my heart wasn't really in it so I cut that pretty short.
All in all, a fun hike and highly recommended for someone who is looking for a relatively easy up and down – perfect starter for the 6 pack.
