trail was a little muddy from the previous night's rain but totally passable, and i loved the steam rising up on the trail from the morning sun hitting wet flora. my sciatic has been acting up AND i missed the pre-snow window for san j (which was supposed to be my next peak) so i went back to sitton in a n effort to bang the last 2 out before year's end, knowing i'd be traveling for the holidays. not sure i'll be able to do #6 given weather now but… damn that would suck so i am hopeful. anyway, nice day on sitton. had the peak allllll to myself.
