My longest and highest hike ever! Such a feeling of accomplishment on such an amazing mountain ☺️ The scenery was incredible- from the forest areas with the giant sequoias to the charred memories of the forest from the fires of the previous year, beautiful mountain views out in the distance, even the weird rocky moon-like terrain near the summit- the ever changing scenery was unforgettable. The elevation gain was legit ???? (my knees are still screaming at me!) Overall, this has been my favorite hike to date- loved it! #4 on my 6 pack of peaks
