The most terrifying thing I’ve ever done!

This trail was emotionally and physically exhausting. Hiked today with a group of 10 gals from Girl Take A Hike! We began just after sunrise when it was still below freezing out. We started bundled up, but quickly were shedding layers. After reaching the saddle you stare straight down into the craziest decent I’ve ever seen. Thank goodness for those cables! I hung onto them for dear life at every place they were available along the trail. Also, so thankful for gloves! Without those I’m not sure what my hands would look like now! I’ve never been so proud of finishing a hike before in my life! It’s a tough one, but totally worth it!
