From the start of the hike I put on crampons because it was icy and I did not want to overexert when I did not need to. Majority of the trail was covered in snow/ice along the way so I used my crampons the whole time. The snow obscured the trails to the peaks and luckily I was following alltrails closely so I could find them. The weather was cold but I would get warmed up while hiking so I was putting my jacket on then off all throughout the hike. I was the first car in the parking lot at 6:30 this morning and did not see any other hikers until my way back. I did this trail to do the 3-2-1 challenge simultaneously, but after reading their website it said that the challenge is closed for the winter so I hope I can still get credit for doing it. Sawmill Mountain was my favorite peak of the three because it had the best views.
