My first time summiting Baldy and my first time hiking in the snow.  It was so much fun.  A great experience from start to finish.  We had microspikes which were 100% necessary given the amount of snow on the trail!  We saw some people without proper footwear or expertise and it was very dangerous for them to be out there.
