Wasson Peak is always a good, solid hike with beautiful views of the Sonoran desert, Tucson, and Saguaro National Park. I’ve seen a group of deer on past hikes but this hike was all about the tiny wildlife, including a tiny red spotted toad that I found towards the end of the hike as it was trying to climb a little cliff. 😊
