The morning began at 36 degrees, but we quickly warmed up on the steady incline of the trail. We hit the peak in just under 2 hours and chilled at the top to take in the views and chat with a few other hikers at the top. It was a quick 9.2 miles and skipped back up the highway with no traffic to speak of. Great day on the trail.
