I really enjoyed Paulina Peak Trail. The steep sections don't last for very long before it gets a bit easier and you catch your breath. I especially liked the clear trail. With a bad knee it's difficult climbing over large rocks and tree trunks. This trail was relatively clear from start to Summit. It did feel strange to reach the summit and see cars there.
