Started hike at 7AM and the road/highway was packed full of cars for parking. Several people displayed their horrible parking skills and parked so far off of the shoulder that it forced you to walk in the roadway. Got to the trailhead and it was a steady climb to the top. Potato chip rock was jam packed by the time we got up there and it took us about 50 minutes. The views were good the whole way up and there was interesting rock formations everywhere. There was plenty of rock formations to take nice photos from. The traffic on the way up/down was manageable. Overall a quick hike but worth the drive.
