Hiked Mt Wilson from Chantry Flats. There was a light rain and small hail at times. We did hear thunder on the way down from the peak. The trail has been cleared of the almost all of downed trees that were blocking the trail early in the year. The only snow was in the parking lot and around some of the buildings at the top. No ice or snow on the trail. All in all a great day for a hike without the heat or bugs of the summer.
