Clear, crisp day above Pasadena. A little pre-hike nerves for me as I attempted this hike about 7 years ago when I was new to hiking, and did not make the peak. This time – marched to the top like a boss. (Which I was, sort of as I organized the group). Introduced a few newbies to the “hiking” experience. Everybody reached the peak!!! Great Day. The terrain is awesome; hard to believe it is in Los Angeles!!! Trail definitely challenging. I was saddened to see how little water flowed at Sturtevant Falls!!! 🙁
