The 12-Week to Hike Fit Challenge is a way to get fit for your upcoming hiking adventures in three months. The challenge has four, 3-week sections that build on each other to help you reach or improve your hiking fitness and durability, reducing the chance of injury on the trail, and enhancing your hiking experience.

The 12-Week to Hike Fit Challenge is a great way to get ready for the Six-Pack of Peaks Challenge Series or other adventures on your list in the year ahead. The exercises can be adapted for any fitness level, and utilize body-weight exercises that won't require specialized equipment.

Everyone in the 12-Week Hike Fit Challenge gets access to our group where you can connect with others, share your progress and get advice.

Developed by Lee Walton at Trailside Fitness, this challenge is a great way to prepare for getting and staying fit for hiking the Six-Pack of Peaks Challenge or other hiking adventures you have planned.

The cost is nominal; $12 dollars or just $1 a week. And each paid registrant who completes the challenge will get a $12 credit good for t-shirts, registration for other challenges, stickers or other swag.
