Petal after petal, we peeled away Rose Peak

We started a little after 8:30 and the weather was brisk but no fog. This hike is a testament to  our mental strength and endurance. And as if we didn’t have enough miles, we added little Yosemite to the loop. That scenic route gave us the extra motivation. We finished under 8 hrs with 20.3 miles. The “Big Dipper” hill was a monster especially coming at the climb to the peak. It was foggy and windy at the peak. Don’t forget your gloves and a wind jacket.
