The hike was awesome. Completed the trail yesterday with a friend. The trail conditions were great, although it was really cold during the morning. If you are contemplating in doing “El Cajon Mountain” hike, now is the time to complete it given the weather conditions. I don’t imagine myself tackling this beast during end of spring and summer time.
