Hike #8/18

My first hike here at HSM was back in November 2019 when it was much prettier during fall season. Chilly morning, 6:30am start via Sukat Road to Hot Springs Mtn road. $10 per person at the gate – cash only. Hiked with 3 friends and we were the only ones on the trail going up. Some patches of snow after the junction but can easily be crossed with caution no micro spikes needed. Some rock climbing to get to the peak and enjoyed the amazing views at the top, spent a little over 30 min for lunch there before continuing on to the lookout tower. On the descend, we saw about 9 other hikers. 10.75 miles logged on a Sunday funday with 2,382 elevation gain ⛰????
