Midday and midweek was the bet for having the trail and summit mostly to myself.  There were maybe six cars in the parking lot when I arrived and only one other car after my summit hike.  I also the short hike to the top of Bald Mountain just to round this all out.  The weather was pleasantly mild and the views were fantastic!  Overlooking Silicon Valley with clear enough skies to see Mt Hamilton to the east, Mt Tamalpais to the north and south towards Gilroy.  If it was clear to the west, I am sure you can see the ocean and possibly the Farallon Islands.  I definitely look forward to hiking this again when it is not hazy over the ocean to the west.
