On check-in, State Park Rangers confirmed that the fire road, and all approaches, to summit of Cuyamaca are still closed to the public. Went as far as I could, which was not very far. On a Saturday, there were many work vehicles coming downhill on the road, so this peak is definitely off-limits as of 2/29/2020.
