Mt Wilson loop via Chantry Flats, counterclockwise thru Sturtevant Falls May 28, 2020. 8am start on a Thursday so there was still available parking. Beautiful day and trail, I was so impressed. Lots of people traveling just to the falls, but once I got past it there were only a handful of hikers. I really enjoyed the beauty and old buildings in the lower part of the trail, I know there is so much history here. After leaving the creek, the climb begins and what a great workout. Everything was closed on top due to the pandemic but it was still nice to take photos of the observatory, buildings and  lower scenery. The hike down started with what felt like a gradual decline but once off the rim, elevation changed quickly. I came back thru Hogee's Camp and along the creek which again provided amazing scenery and who doesn't love the sound of running water. The best words to describe this trail “I loved it”.
