Super cold and windy. Wind was up to 60 miles/hour. Temperature was down to early 40's. Some snow on ground. I was not prepared for the low temp and wind, it was scary crossing Devil's Backbone and summiting with wind pushing you around. Got to the summit, stayed for a few minutes but it was too cold so we headed down. But once I started to descend down Ski Hut Trail, it warmed up and wind was less intense. Beautiful hike but it definitely challenged me emotionally and physically.
