Mid day start. Low and slow all up hill. Becomes hot and tiresome over time. Dense woods. It seems endless then you hit the summit push and find the stairs. Once you clear the stairs you realize you are above the tree line and the view becomes endless for miles. The view is almost overwhelming and you realize why you just hiked up this $@#&? mountain.
