Have done this hike many times and it never gets old. Ended up bagging Mt Pinos, Sawmill, West Sawmill, the real Grouse, and the other Grouse (a branch structure and sign which is not the peak). If you want to make this a leg burner add Cerro Noroeste/Mt Abel.
