It was a nice shady hike going up! Started at 6:00am. After you pass the ridge and the toll road area you are greeted by these amazing purple wild flowers. They look and smell so good! There are little bugs or mini bees buzz around but I didn’t mind. Made it to the top to a parking lot. It was very hot going down. Shade lessened due to sun coming out. We ended at 1600.
