Trail relatively well maintained trail until the last 1/4 miles.  A steep ascent on a washed out rutted trail.   Center portion of hike was beautiful with a lot of trees and wild flowers – but a lot of bugs!

All in all a hike worth doing when you hit the peak for the beautiful views!
