The trail was really nice; Wide enough for trucks and, for the most part, very well maintained. Pretty well shaded until the sun got a little higher, but we were almost done by then. Beautiful scenery. Quail running around. Turkey vultures flying overhead. Hundreds of little lizards, running away from you as if their lives depended on it. The only negative was the little swarms of flies that followed us for miles, landing in our eyeballs and ears and mouths. Pretty annoying, but not much you can do about that. Still had a great time!
