This was a tough one, because of the heat. We planned to take Azalea Glen to Conejos, but ended up cutting across Azalea Spring Fire Road to Lookout Road. I am not sure if Lookout Road is closed but we were not the only people on it, and we came down that way. Anyway Azalea Glen/Conejos would probably have been a more pleasant route, so perhaps next time if it’s not so hot.
