Kendrick Peak with the Crew

A group of my friends and I started this trail around 6:30 am. They sky was clear, the sun was barely coming up and it was a bit breezy. I had a few friends who haven’t hiked in a while so we were going at an even pace. The first two miles weren’t too bad, the rest of the way was full of switchbacks. I went ahead of my friends near the last mile or so. Once I made it to the top I went back down half a mile to make sure the rest of the crew was caught up. We took a break up there for about 20 minutes and we got back down by around 12:30pm. I was glad I got my friends to come with me just so they can get an idea of how challenging these hikes are.
