Tried to summit on Friday but was met with a freak snowstorm making the road unpassable. By the next day most of the snow had melted.
Pretty straightforward trail. Flat for the first mile then a steady climb, a bit steeper toward the end but not too bad. We were first on the trail at a little before 8, saw quite a few people coming down. a relatively small parking lot that was full when we made it back and some were parked along the side of the road, so get there earlier rather than later. It was 16 degrees when we started and around 50 when we finished, so wear layers!
