One of Arizona’s most challenging but rewarding hikes.
First 2 miles you gain 1000 feet elevation on a somewhat rocky but manageable trail.
The remaining trail is 1700 feet straight up. Lots of scrambling and getting on all 4s to go up. It’s not for the faint of heart. Bring gloves to climb on the rocks and hiking shoes/boots are a must.
The views at the top are incredible.
Bring lots of water, patience and endurance to conquer this one. You won’t regret it!
