Went before the fires closed this place down and forgot log my hike. Great parking area with lots of spaces. Follow the map even though trail is clearly marked. My friend did get lost the last 2 miles so I did get to summit first even though she was ahead of me 30 minutes. Use trekking poles if possible. Bring enough water. I went in the summer at 99 degrees and 6 bottles were not enough.
