Mount Um…is it going to rain?

Wasn’t going to hike because it looked like rain in the morning, but it cleared in the early afternoon. Since I started later, the winter light is softer and I ended at sunset so the views were lovely. All the parks have been packed with people this holiday break, but everyone on this trail respected the other with masks and distancing.

Easy hike, good path, lots of tree cover, but not monotonous. There is a pretty patch of manzanitas, lots of awesome views through the forest trees. The view from the top is vast- I could see  3 other challenge  peaks, Mission, Diablo and Tam!
