Who would have thought that Hot Springs Mountain got such a dumping in one day? We delayed our hike a few days due to snow in the forecast on 12/28.  We hiked on 12/30 and there was tons of snow on the trail all the way to the summit.  It was a heck of a hike and I’m glad that I brought the right gear but snowshoes could have helped I’m sure.  The weather was great and the view to the ocean was amazing.
