This was my welcome to Arizona hike and, boy, it did not disappoint. My thighs were reintroduced to a burn I hadn’t felt in a few months, but it was a gorgeous day and well worth the climb. The weather was perfect and the trail conditions were great! It was certainly packed with people, but I expected that since it was the weekend.
