Live Long and Prosper

The drastic elevation was my least favorite. It was windy but the weather was nice. Trail conditions were fair but hiking boots with decent tread can be helpful especially when the trail becomes steep after the Five Oaks Trail. Did not encounter any wildlife. Not my favorite hike but this is coming from someone who don’t like hiking and have not hiked in 5 years. So there’s that. An apple pie from Julian made the hike worth it.
