Tamalpais in the rain!

Rain in the morning made the beautiful waterfalls and foliage! I was fascinated by the moss on the trees. As the moss absorbed moisture, it unraveled into a lush, fern-like frond that dropped from the trees. It looked like the trees had bright green feathers.

There were a few downed trees over the trails from the recent storm, but they weren’t impassable.

The view from the summit was breathtaking. It was a bit windy at the fire lookout, but well worth the view.
