Jumped into this hike after a 6 month ‘rona hiatus.  Hiked all the way up, limped all the way down.  Make sure you're in decent shape for this one.  Usual California scrub throughout, but when you reach the summit you get a panoramic view of usual California scrub.  Got a late start, ended up descending in the dark towards the end…not recommended, but if you start late, bring a headlamp just in case.
